After years of in-depth research by world petroleum experts, it has been shown that the physical and chemical properties of Portland cement have a decisive impact on the flow of oil well annulus. There are several instruments and methods available in the world for testing the anti channeling performance of cement slurry formulations, but there is currently no satisfactory set of instruments and methods. The DFC-0804 oil well cement weightlessness and gas channeling simulation tester is a newly launched weightlessness and gas channeling simulation tester with independent intellectual property rights in China, developed by multiple petroleum experts, scholars, and technicians engaged in instrument development, including CNPC Tianjin Engineering Technology Research Institute, China Ocean Service Company, Southwest Petroleum University, and Daqing Oilfield.
